Worth the cost....

I bought my 0 Runner thinking that I would use it only when the weather was bad so I didn't fall on the ice or get chaffing from running in the rain but I add it to my weekly running schedule anyway because it has helped me strengthen muscles that were under developed. I had fallen down running hard at least once a year and after buying my 0 Runner about 2 1/2 years ago, I haven't fallen down while running on the days I run outside naturally. It has trained me to lift my legs a little higher so I don't trip. For me, it was definitely worth the investment!

ZR7

Good workout, not sure it's worth the price, but I'm a marathon runner and do use it on days the weather in Colorado is too bad to run.

No more "boomer" injuries!

At 54 and 60, our joints were beginning to feel their ages. Even with great shoes, a regular yoga practice, etc. we found ourselves injured frequently. We've owned our zero runner now for 3 weeks and have slowly increased our endurance on the machine. So Grateful to have found a zero impact machine that allows us to feel that runner's high once again, without an injury.

I have had my machine for 2 1/2 years and enjoy using it. The only issue is that after about a year it started making noises during use and it sounds like a horse is running in my house. It's so loud you have to turn up the volume on the TV. I tried tightening screws but nothing was loose.

Long time runner

I have been running for almost 52 years. I've accumulated over 125,000 miles. In January of 2016 after 5 right knee surgeries , I had a total right knee replacement. I wanted to keep running, but needed something else to keep my fitness up when I didn't run. Saw stories about top runners raving about the zero runner. It's been great for keeping meet fit and get my leg stronger to be able continue some easy running. What a lifesaver.
